Inclusion criteria: Age range 18-60 years Intubated due to severe bacterial pneumonia Inability to weaning

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous neuromuscular diseases Previous lung disease (obstructive disease, restrictive disease) Chronic heart failure (EF<40) Cancer patients

MeasureTime frame
Weaning. Timepoint: Once at the beginning of the second week of hospitalization (before the first dose of the drug is injected) and once at the end of the second week (after receiving 7 doses of the drug). Method of measurement: Observation of successful weaning of a patient from the ventilator.;Diaphragm thickness.
