Inclusion criteria: All patients are candidates for laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindication to dexamethasone drug Allergy to dexamethasone Patients with immunodeficiency and diabetes Cases People who do not want to participate in the study Patients who had used any kind of painkillers during the previous 48 hours Use of systemic glucocorticoids in the last three months
