Inclusion criteria: Referral for the surgery of the impacted third molar Age range from 18 to 50 years Systemic health

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic disease and mental disorders A previous history of third molar surgery or an unpleasant dental experience History of panic attacks, allergies, fainting, etc Taking anti-anxiety medications up to 72 hours before visiting the dentist
