Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The presence of caries in the mandibular primary teeth that requires inferior alveolar nerve block injection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of intraoral injection allergic to Lidocaine History of pain due to pulp inflammation Primary anxiety disorder Unsuccessful and adverse experience with medical treatments History of anesthesia injection

MeasureTime frame
Pain and anxiety using: FLACC index score; WBFP index score; changes in blood pressure; heart rate changes; FIS index score. Timepoint: Before and immediately after the intervention. Method of measurement: Pain and stress using: FLACC index score; WBFP index score; changes in blood pressure; Changes in heart rate with wrist sphygmomanometer and FIS index score.
