Inclusion criteria: at least 1 year after uvolopalatopharingoplasty surgery AHI( apnea hypopnea index) more than 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: psycologic disorder cardiovascular disorder

MeasureTime frame
Apnea hypopnea index. Timepoint: before and four weeks after drug usage. Method of measurement: psg (poly somnography).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Snoring score. Timepoint: before and 1 month after drug usage. Method of measurement: bery medical polysomnograph BM2000A.
