18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sex: Only male athletes will participate in the study. Age: Individuals between 18 and 35 years old. Limitation in ankle dorsiflexion: Having an ankle dorsiflexion range of motion less than 10 degrees (as measured using a goniometer). No significant injury: No significant lower limb injury in the past six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of an ankle brace during the study period. Lack of willingness to continue participation at any stage of the study.

MeasureTime frame
In the current study, the range of motion of the ankle joint is being investigated. Timepoint: En At the beginning of the study (before the intervention), 5 minutes after the intervention, and one hour after the intervention. Method of measurement: Ankle dorsiflexion was assessed in the weight-bearing lunge test against the wall, and plantar flexion was measured using a goniometer.
