Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 60 Outpatients with history of at least 4 weeks of major reflux symptoms in the last 3 months Informed consent to participating in the study Consent to avoiding out of protocol medication
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of gastrointestinal cancers in the patient and first degree relatives History of esophageal, abdominal or stomach surgery Suffering from diabetes, acute peptic ulcer, achalasia and acute gastrointestinal diseases, gastrointestinal bleeding, iron deficiency anemia, anorexia, persistent vomiting, unexplained weight loss, pregnancy Taking aspirin and warfarin/taking herbal medicines one month before the study Impotency and sperm production disorders/severe amnesia Presence of dysphagia and odynophagia History of obstructive diseases(kidney and gallbladder stone)\amenorrhea or oligomenorrhea
