Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have erectile dysfunction after radical prostatectomy surgery. Patients whose pelvic floor nerves were damaged during radical prostatectomy surgery. The patients' literacy level should be more than the cycle Patients whose bek depression questionnaire score is more than 31

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have a history of erectile dysfunction due to other causes. Patients who have used other surgical methods instead of radical prostatectomy. Patients who have a history of pelvic floor physiotherapy for their pelvic floor problems. Patients who have a history of pelvic floor physiotherapy for their pelvic floor problems.

MeasureTime frame
The amount of power fluctuations in the pressure biofeedback device. Timepoint: Measuring the strength of the pelvic floor muscles at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and at the end of the study after performing the exercises by pressure biofeedback. Method of measurement: Pressure biofeedback device of Sharif Tab and Sanat Company.;International Erectile Function Questionnaire (IIEF) score. Timepoint: Measuring the changes in the questionnaire score at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and at the end of the study after doing the exercises using the IIEF questionnaire. Method of measurement: International Erectile Function Questionnaire (IIEF) score.
