Work done on the hip, knee and ankle joints. Timepoint: 10 repetitions after using the desired intervention. Method of measurement: Vicon Nexus motion capture platform.;The power of the hip, knee and ankle joints. Timepoint: 10 repetitions after using the desired intervention.
