Inclusion criteria: Age 40 and above Major thoracic or abdominal surgery Patient consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient's unwillingness to continue the study Patients with a history of heart disease Patients with a history of prior neurological or psychiatric disorders Having an addiction Previous use of psychiatric medication
