Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Married women with infertility complaints aged 20 to 39 years Confirmed infertility by definition (at least 12 months of frequent unprotected intercourse trying to conceive) IVF/ICSI candidate and having at least one grade A embryo AMH between 1 to 4.5 Referral for the first or second embryo transfer Consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women with a history of hematopoiesis with iron deficiency or iron deficiency anemia (hemoglobin less than 12, ferritin less than 15 and TIBC more than 380) Confirmed endometriosis At least three failures in the previous implantations (RIF) Uterine adenomyosis or myomatosis If the couple's infertility is related to Tese

| Endometrial thickness. Timepoint: 3 months, before each time of intervention and before each time of transfer up to three times. Method of measurement: Ultrasound machine.;The quality of embryos. Timepoint: 3 months, after each puncture. Method of measurement: Examination of the grade of the embryos is done on the 3rd or 5th day after the puncture and fertilization. During the examination by the light microscope of the embryos based on the quality of the internal cell mass (ICM), the embryos are classified from grade A to C, and grade A embryos have the best quality.;Number of embryos. Timepoint: 3 months, after each puncture. Method of measurement: by counting under a light microscope.;Positive beta HCG. Timepoint: 3 months, 2 weeks after each transfer.
