Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Those who complete the informed consent form Capable of communication Having intraocular pressure (IOP) above 25 mm Hg Those who are resistant to medical treatment and need glaucoma surgery Those with any type of glaucoma, including primary and secondary open-angle and angle-closure glaucoma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergy to drugs including the study drug before the intervention Patients with any corneal abnormalities Significant Cardiovascular disease(secondary and tertiary heart block) Congestive heart failure Chronic heart failure and uncontrolled blood pressure BMI above 35 Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus Chronic treatment with Clonidine Liver and renal failure Drug or alcohol abuse Coagulation disorders Pregnancy Patients with antipsychotic and antiepileptic therapy Mental disorders/dementia/deafness/difficulty communicating/inability to lie on back COPD INR above 1.7
