Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study. Must be at least 18 years old. Be able to read and write and have the ability to fill in the questionnaire. The score obtained in the patient's bill of rights awareness questionnaire should be in the poor or moderate range. At least 24 hours have passed since he was admitted to the hospital. Patients hospitalized in internal and surgical departments due to neurological, digestive, orthopedic, cardiac, respiratory, urological and metabolic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The duration of the patient's stay in the hospital is less than 3 days. They have not participated in the workshops of the patient's rights charter before.
