Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pregnancy outcome success rate in women candidates for frozen embryo transfer with a history of one failed transfer using growth hormone medication. Timepoint: A maternal blood sample will be taken 12-16 days after intrauterine insemination to check for beta HCG to check for pregnancy. Finally, pregnancy is confirmed based on clinical level measurements by the presence of a gestational sac on sonography at the fourth week. Pregnancy and success rates of intrauterine insemination in both groups are then compared. Method of measurement: Chemical pregnancy assessment with beta HCG check on days 12-16 after intervention and clinical pregnancy measurement by the presence of gestational sac on sonography at 4th week.
