MeasureTime frame
Intrauterine insemination success rate in oligospermic patients with two different sperm isolation methods. Timepoint: Mother's blood sample will be taken 12-16 days after intrauterine insemination to check beta HCG to check pregnancy. Finally, the pregnancy is confirmed based on the clinical level measurement by the presence of the gestational sac in the sonography of the fourth week. Then, pregnancy and the success rate of intrauterine insemination in both groups will be compared. Method of measurement: Testing beta HCG to check pregnancy on day 12-16 after the intervention and measuring the clinical level by the presence of a gestational sac in the sonography of the fourth week.
