Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with UF diagnosis with a marked and asymptomatic period. Ages 20 to 52.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who had one or more of the following conditions in their medical record were excluded from the study : having disease such as diabetes , heart disease , asthma , thrombolytic therapy , inflammatory bowel disease , previous hysterectomy .suspicious , menopause , malignancy , blood pressure , diabetes , autoimmune , liver or kidney disorders.

Reducing the size of Uterine Fibroid after consumption of vitamin d supplement. Timepoint: 12 weeks after consumption of vitamin d supplement , the size of Uterine Fibroid was measured and compared before the intervention . Method of measurement: In the supplement group , vitamin d 1000 u was used daily for 12 weeks and the control group received no supplement .after the intervention ( 12 weeks ) , as well as before the intervention in both groups to determine the serum level of 25 hydro - vitamin d , which was active form of vitamin d , was measured in the laboratory of fatemieh hospital or primary referral lab .ultrasound examination of the patients was done after trail and the number of Uterine Fibroid was measured again .
