Interventions

Intervention 1: First intervention group: Patients receive PRP injections, administered twice with a one-month interval. Changes are measured during this period and one month after the final injection

40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Shoulder pain for more than 3 months Age over 40 years old Complete rupture of the rotator cuff tendons Fibromyalgia and polymyalgia rheumatica Thrombocytopenia (platelets less than 150,000) 2) Increase in platelet count to 2 to 3 times the baseline after centrifugation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of radicular pain Presence of inflammatory disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis Presence of other pathologies that can lead to shoulder pain, such as frozen shoulder Having loose ligaments Having a shoulder dislocation Having had a cortisone injection in the shoulder joint within the past 3 months Use of physiotherapy modality in the last 3 months Use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs during the week before the injection Having anemia (hemoglobin less than 11) Pregnancy (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: Every 2 weeks to eight weeks. Method of measurement: Visual Analog Scale (VAS degree).;Range of motion. Timepoint: Every two weeks to three months. Method of measurement: Gunya meter.
