Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women of reproductive age patient have been diagnosed endometriosis in mapping ultrasound patient are in advanced stages of endometriosis and have indications for surgery patient have given informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Presence of a diagnosis other than endometriosis or other ovarian cysts during the surgery. The patient becomes pregnant during the follow-up Myomectomy is required during the surgery Be in a non-fertile age
