Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: In the adductor canal block group, patients will receive 1 mg of midazolam (1 mg/cc - manufacturer: Abu Raihan Pharmaceutical Company) as a sedative after monitor

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The age range from 20 to 80 years A person with normal health A person with mild systemic disease Patients undergoing knee surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of allergy to ropivacaine Patients who have received analgesics in the last day Patients with a body mass index greater than 35 Patients with underlying decompensated liver, kidney, heart, lung disease Coagulopathy or a history of it Addiction to opioids and alcohol
