Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The age range from 18 to 90 years. Patients who have severe aortic valve stenosis and are candidates for aortic valve implantation through a percutaneous catheter. Patients with severe 2-leaflet aortic valve stenosis. Patients with moderate aortic valve stenosis with heart failure and reduced ejection fraction. Patients who have the conditions for applying anesthesia with two methods of general anesthesia and sedation.
