Intervention 1: Intervention group: They will begin the full course of photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT) immediately after surgery and continue it for 48 hours and 72 hours after surgery. Intervention

MeasureTime frame
Edema. Timepoint: 7 day after surgery, 30 day after surgery. Method of measurement: Comparison of the distance between the two tips of the nose in the photos 7 and 30 days after the operation.;Echymosis. Timepoint: 24 hours after surgery, 7 days after surgery, 30 days after surgery. Method of measurement: In the form of checking the distance between the eyelids in the photos before and after the operation and categorizing it as how much of the vertical line that passes through the eyelids and pupils is involved compared to the same before the operation.;Pain. Timepoint: 24 hours after surgery, 7 days after surgery, 30 days after surgery. Method of measurement: Using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).
