Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married women over 25 years old and under 45 years old. willingness to be part of the project. The minimum score obtained from the perceived stress test questionnaire is 20 and the maximum is 37 (moderate stress). Have not participated in mindfulness, yoga, psychotherapy, spiritual training classes before, and do not receive psychological, mindfulness, or yoga treatments at the same time. Having at least a middle school education. Having the ability to participate in meditation sessions. Not pregnant, breastfeeding, menopause.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who are less than 25 years and more than 45 years old. Being single. Pregnancy. Breastfeeding. People whose score obtained from the perceived stress questionnaire is less than 20 and more than 37. Having psychological diseases. Having chronic diseases (diabetes, cancer,...).

Changes in stress levels. Timepoint: The time periods of stress measurement are in two time periods: the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) after 40 days of meditation. Method of measurement: Perceived stress questionnaire with 14 questions is used to score the amount of perceived stress.;Salivary cortisol. Timepoint: Before starting 40 days of meditation and after 40 days. Method of measurement: Measurement with salivary ELISA kit.;Cytokines (interleukin 6) (interleukin 10) (interleukin 1). Timepoint: Blood sample before starting meditation and training and after completing 40 days of meditation. Method of measurement: Serum and saliva ELISA kit.;Malondialdehyde antioxidant. Timepoint: Blood sample before starting meditation and training and after completing 40 days of meditation. Method of measurement: Serum and saliva ELISA kit.
