Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: In this group, epinephrine solution with a concentration of 1.100000with a volume of 10 cc is injected in the nasal surgical field at the beginning of the surgery.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients referred for open rhinoplasty surgery Age range of 18 to 30 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulopathy Nasal bone fracture Hypersensitivity reaction to lidocaine Smoking Hypertension
