Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The examinee does not have the experience of practicing yoga or at least 6 months have passed since her last yoga course The examinee has the possibility to attend yoga classes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to Participate in Face-to-Face Yoga Classes
