Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a diagnosis of obsessive compulsive disorder based on the Maudsley questionnaire Being in the age range of 18 to 35 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence in two consecutive sessions in each of the treatments Taking psychiatric drugs Use of other psychotherapy services
