Intervention 1: Intervention group: mode-based schema therapy with self-compassion training: The people of the first experimental group are treated for 10 sessions weekly and every week for 90 minutes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- The age range is between 30 and 45 years; 2- History of diabetes in the past 6 months to 3 years 3- The participant must have at least a diploma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking drugs or psychiatric drugs Psychotic disorders or other mental disorders

General health. Timepoint: Before the intervention and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Goldberg and Healer general health questionnaire.;Individual's score in the 28-question scale of Leahy's emotional schemas. Timepoint: Before the intervention and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Leahy Emotional Schema Scale.;Glycosylated hemoglobin blood sugar index result. Timepoint: Before the intervention and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Blood sugar test.
