Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men aged 18 to 45 with a history of infertility for at least one year Having a disorder in the spermogram with an unknown cause based on the criteria of the World Health Organization No underlying disease No history of chemotherapy Normality of gonadotropins Testosterone and prolactin Having a BMI less than 30
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Azoospermia and the presence of chromosomal disorders such as Kleinfelter Taking chemical drugs during study Taking antioxidant supplements in the last three months Having intense physical activity Taking drugs that stimulate the sexual system or disrupt sex hormones. Genital infections Infectious diseases characterized by fever and leukocytosis. Infertility in wife and abnormal urology examination
