Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dentistry students Without gingival disease and a gingival pocket with a depth of more than 3 mm No history of taking antibiotics and anti-inflammatories in the last month Without systemic disease No sensitivity to toothpaste No untreated caries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Orthodontic appliances Using mouthwashes and other products containing fluoride Smoking
