Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having written consent to participate in the study Failure to participate in a similar training program Teenage girl in the age range of 13-16 years No history of mental disorders, cognitive disorders and other neurological disorders No drug addiction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participant's unwillingness to continue cooperation Having an acute physical or mental problem during the study Participating in a similar training program during the study Absence of more than one session in training sessions
