Inclusion criteria: Desire to participate fully in training sessions Passing at least one academic semester in college Not having chronic mental or physical problems in the last six months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Guest student Experience of participating in emotional regulation training sessions

MeasureTime frame
Subjective well-being score in Darwick-Edinburgh questionnaire and communication skills score in Queen Dam questionnaire. Timepoint: Measuring subjective well-being and communication skills at the beginning of the study, before and after the 8-session training workshop on emotional regulation of Grass. Method of measurement: Queen Dam communication skills questionnaire which has 34 items with 5 options. Darwick-Edinburgh subjective well-being questionnaire which has 41 questions with 5 options.
