Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertile patients with the approval of a gynecologist ?????? ????? ???? ?????????? (ICSI/IVF) moderate stress or more (based on Newton's infertility stress questionnaire) Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intention to use surrogacy Having chronic physical diseases Taking psychiatric drugs Being under the advice of a psychologist or psychiatrist at the time of the study Using relaxation and psychotherapy techniques Unfortunate events such as death of relatives, family quarrel in a month leading to study The last time of embryo transfer Infertility due to male causes only Smoking or drinking alcohol
