Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients referred to the emergency department of Shohada Ashair Hospital who have the following conditions: Patients over 18 years old Presence of renal colic symptoms: pain in one or both flanks of the patient Diagnosis of kidney stones via CT scan or ultrasound
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women Patients addicted to opioids Patients with a history of allergy to morphine, ketamine, or ketorolac Patients with nasal obstruction Patients with systolic blood pressure higher than 180 or lower than 90 mmHg Patients with respiratory distress Patients with decreased level of consciousness Patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding Asthma patients Patients who have received medication in the past 48 hours Uncooperative patients
