Intervention 1: Intervention group: Recipient of Helicobacter pylori eradication regimen and folic acid 5 mg. Intervention 2: Control group: Recipient of Helicobacter pylori eradication regimen.

Exclusion criteria: malignancy renal dysfunction liver cirrhosis

Measure	Time frame
Intestinal metaplasia grade. Timepoint: Before the intervention and three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Endoscopy and biopsy.	—

Measure	Time frame
Helicobacter pylori eradication. Timepoint: Before the intervention, one month and three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Endoscopy and fecal antigen test.	—
