18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18_65 Y/O paitient with radicular neckpain who have at least two positive provocative tests such as spurling,shoulder abdusction,distraction or upper limb tension test. duration of pain at least 3 months VAS»4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous cervical spine surgery Significant cervical spine problems like severe canal stenosis sever OA or myelopathy Systemic disease like RA lupus or poor controlled DM MS or peripheral polyneuropathy Pregnancy Recurrent truma during reccent 3 months Major psycologic problems Situation in which accupanctur is forbidden like hemorrhagic problems Cognitive disorders

Pain according to VAS score. Timepoint: Before intervention just after and 3 months after. Method of measurement: VAS score and NDI.	—
