Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years of age with a diagnosis of subacromial syndrome in the shoulder for more than one month Pain intensity with (VAS) Visual Analogue Scale > 4 Confirmation of diagnosis and exclusion of other causes in patients with MRI Consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
