Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patient have prolonged response to cold test response to sensibility test is delayed and prolonged first or seccond molar of mandible with healthy periapical tissue without any systemic disorders teeth with irreversible pulpitis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: teeth with emergency condition teeth with periodontal disease open apex, calcification, resorption
