Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Iranian nationality Residence and employment of students in education and training area Age range 16-18 years Informed and written consent to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to complete the questionnaire Change of residence or student's education Student's refusal to continue participating in the research Absence in more than one session of the intervention program Participation in other intervention programs

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The average depression score is based on the Beck questionnaire and the percentage of people whose depression score is between 15-39. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and immediately after the intervention and one month later. Method of measurement: Beck depression questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The average self-efficacy score based on the Sherer questionnaire and the percentage of people whose self-efficacy score is between 17-34. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and immediately after the intervention and one month later. Method of measurement: Sherer self-efficacy questionnaire.
