Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have a single myoma Grade 0, 1, and 2 myomas Myomas smaller than 4 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have intracranial bleeding Have any sensitivity to the drug tranexamic acid Have thromboembolic and ischemic heart diseases There are uterine abnormalities Have an active pelvic infection Have a history of hemorrhagic disease Pregnancy Previous hystreroscopy surgery
