Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20-60 years BMI>27 Depression score evaluated by Beck questionnaire>13 Willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and Lactation Taking anti depressant drugs Taking multi vitamins and minerals Having any severe systemic disease, endocrine or metabolic disorders Having been on a weight loss diet for the past 6 months Professional athlete
