Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: With Lateral Malleolus fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular problems, Open fracture, Psychiatric problems, Old fracture and non-union, fracture with Vascular Nerve damage

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Variables including bleeding volume, surgery time, wound complications, pain intensity were evaluated between Walant and spinal techniques. Timepoint: The variables were examined during surgery and 1, 7 and 30. Method of measurement: Questionnaire, clinical view.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Quick recovery and discharge from the hospital. Timepoint: After discharge from the operating room. Method of measurement: Record the time of discharge in the file.
