Interventions

Intervention group: Patients with Meniere's disease and Vitamin D deficiency will be randomly assigned to this group using a permutation block method, and their number will be 32 patients. In addition

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Definite Meniere's disease based on American otolaryngology head and neck surgery 2015 guideline Vitamin D deficiency Age between 20 and 70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent history of taking vitamin D supplementation Using drug that affect vitamin D metabolism History of chronic diseases (malabsorption, gastrointestinal surgery, Celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease, renal failure, nephrotic syndrome, cystic fibrosis, chronic heart failure, and liver disease) that affect Vitamin D absorption

The quantity of vertigo within 3 months. Timepoint: The number of vertigo at the beginning of the study, 3 months and 6 months after the start of the study. Method of measurement: Telephone calls and questions from patients.;Severity of vertigo during 3 months. Timepoint: Vertigo disability questionnaire at the beginning of the study, 3 months and 6 months after the start of the study. Method of measurement: Dizziness Handicap inventory questionnaire.	—
