Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: : : patient with consent in the study at least age18 the medical history is reviewed and the patient is in a healthy state ( asa I, II) . It was concluded that it can be used as a?????? ( ?? model to determine the effects of pdl , . Lace of allergy to epinephrine and lidocaine along with epinephrine molars require treatment of the root that can be directly repaired with resin composite without requiring fiber post. having opposite tooth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: systemic condition (ASA III,IV) age under 18 tooth with containdication of resin composite periodontal problems , gingival recession , and the surrounding bone with deep pocket necrotic teeth with infection and dental inflammation allergy to the anestethic substance use any pain medication at 12 hours before referral to dentist chronic drug use of psychotropic substances and alcohol having a crown pregnancy and lactation

MeasureTime frame
Post endodontic pain. Timepoint: before treatment, intervals of 6, 12, 24, 48, 72 hours, one week and two weeks after treatment. Method of measurement: vas scale.
