Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hospitalized cancer patients agreed to participate in the study. All participants were educated, fully conscious, and over 18 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants in other studies, those diagnosed with a brain tumor, those with learning difficulties, and those with a physical disability were excluded, The study excluded participants who had emotional distress in the previous month

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome to assessment sleep of patients with cancer. Timepoint: After implementing the clinical trial intervention ( Benson relaxation technique via VR to cancer patients), the results of assess for sleep in cancer patients (sleep quality) for both groups appear. Sleep quality will be evaluated after past four week. Method of measurement: Measurement method before clinical intervention using " Jenkins sleep scale(JSS )" is a self-report survey to evaluate the quality of sleep and disruptions experienced within a period of past four week. and takes 5–10 minutes to complete.

Timepoint: After implementing the clinical trial intervention for approximately 7 days of applying the Benson relaxation technique via VR to cancer patients, the results of the intervention for sleep in cancer patients (sleep quality) for both groups appear. Sleep quality will be evaluated after four week. Method of measurement: Measurement method after clinical intervention using " Jenkins sleep scale(JSS )" is a self-report survey to evaluate the quality of sleep and disruptions experienced within a period of four week. and takes 5–10 minutes to complete.
