Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suffering from leishmaniasis Consent to enter the study No history of previous scar in the current lesion site No other medication for skin diseases in the last month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The lack of consent of the participants to continue participating in the project The lack of response to treatment after three weeks of receiving the drug glucantim with the appropriate dose locally and intralesionally and the need to change the treatment method

MeasureTime frame
Average scar improvement score of patients. Timepoint: 12 months after the start of the treatment. Method of measurement: Grading of scar improvement rate by dermatologists.
