Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being in the age range of 12 to 18 years Having pervasive anxiety Healthy vision and hearing Not suffering from specific psychiatric or physical diseases that require the use of drugs or special treatments. Adolescent's conscious desire and her parents' consent to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of any drugs and alcoho Suffering from physical or psychiatric diseases in a way that interferes with treatment sessions or requires hospitalization or drug therapy. Being treated with other psychological treatments at the same time Absence of more than two treatment sessions Non-cooperation in doing homework and related exercises
