Inclusion criteria: Body mass index above 25 kg/m2 Not having a physical injury and orthopedic problem Not having regular sports activity in the last six months No smoking and alcohol Not taking medicine Absence of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, hypertension, liver disease, hypothyroidism
