Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the intensive care unit Age range is 18 years and above
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with high-output Broncho pleural fistulas (FiO2) = 0.6 People with severe cognitive dysfunction

| Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) - ICU length of stay - Unwanted side effects. Timepoint: Before starting the intervention, every 12 hours for two days. Method of measurement: ABG Experimental (by taking a cc of blood sample from the patient's artery using a 2 cc heparin syringe and sending it to the hospital laboratory under study by a portable ice box and the sample will be analyzed in a maximum of ten minutes caught).
