Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the intensive care unit Age range is 18 years and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with high-output Broncho pleural fistulas (FiO2) = 0.6 People with severe cognitive dysfunction

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Micro gases PCO2, PO2, SAO2, ??HCO3, BE and PH will be measured using ABG. Timepoint: Before the intervention and after the intervention, arterial blood gases will be measured every 12 hours for two days. Also, arterial blood gas (ABG) values will be measured before feeding and every 12 hours after feeding. Method of measurement: ABG.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) - ICU length of stay - Unwanted side effects. Timepoint: Before starting the intervention, every 12 hours for two days. Method of measurement: ABG Experimental (by taking a cc of blood sample from the patient's artery using a 2 cc heparin syringe and sending it to the hospital laboratory under study by a portable ice box and the sample will be analyzed in a maximum of ten minutes caught). Micro gases PCO2, PO2, SAO2, HCO3, BE and PH will be measured using ABG.
