Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Having a diploma or higher education Being married Not taking any neuroleptic medication Not using psychological treatments during the study period. Having symptoms of depression on the Depression Scale score Having symptoms of depression on the Depression Scale score Having symptoms of Stress on the Stress Scale score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to cooperate with the researcher, Absence of more than two sessions during the research participation period
