Inclusion criteria: Employment in one of the health centers Having at least one year of work experience as a health worker(Behvarz) Interested in working in the field of suicide prevention The absence of depression

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to cooperate with the researcher Failure to complete the questionnaire Change of job during the period of participation in the research

Knowledge of suicide. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention, after the end of the intervention and 1months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Literacy of suicide scale (LOSS) (Clear et al 2021).;Attitude towards suicide. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention, after the end of the intervention and 1 months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Questionnaire of attitude towards suicide Arnotovaska et al. (2010).;Suicide prevention behavior.
