Intervention 1: Intervention group: Infusion of colistin 1million unit in 2 hours. Intervention 2: Control group: Control group: Clostin drug infusion for 20 minutes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least 18 years old Infection with Multidrug resistance organism Sputum culture be positive with Acinetobacter baumannii , Klebsiella pneumoniae

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Discontinue treatment with colistin Receiving other nephrotoxic drugs at the same time Oliguria (urine output less than 500 cc in 24 hours) Hypotension due to a reason other than sepsis (embolism, MI, hypovolemic shock), receiving NSAIDs Receive albumin receiving contrast agents Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) less than 5 mL/min/1.73 m2
